We love our local sports Seattle sports teams and getting together with our CfY family, so come enjoy a Seattle Kraken game with the CfY community!

On November 7th at 2pm, staff, board members, mentors, students, and CfY supporters will come together at Climate Pledge Arena for a Seattle Kraken home game against the NY Rangers! A portion of the proceeds from each ticket purchased go toward furthering our mission: to inspire and support students to be their best selves through mentoring, learning experiences, and a powerful community.

About Us

Community for Youth (CfY) is a youth-mentoring organization based out of South Seattle. We connect high school students with compatible adult mentors. Our mission is to inspire and support students to be their best selves through mentoring, learning experiences, and a powerful community.

Over the last 40+ years, CfY has developed a unique mentoring model that goes beyond a traditional one-to-one relationship. CfY builds a community through multi-level supports for both students and mentors, which create opportunities for consistent connection in a safe, supportive environment.
